The Start

After completing my service as a Marine Corps veteran, I faced the same question most do: what's next? I started small, one truck and a willingness to do the work right. The roofing industry needed someone who understood what it meant to show up, do the job thoroughly, and be accountable. I brought the discipline and attention to detail from my time as a Leatherneck into every project, no shortcuts.

What started as a solo operation grew into a team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, then became Leatherneck Roofing. We handle roof repairs, replacements, and installations. We work with stone tile, clay tile, metal, and designer roofs. We also do gutters, interior restoration, drywall, paint, flooring, and garage doors. Texas weather is unforgiving. Your roof needs to be better.

What We've Learned

Three things have stayed with me from the beginning, and they guide every job we take on in Forney.

Honor means doing the job you promised, not the job that pays faster. It means explaining what needs fixing and what can wait. It means standing behind your work because you've already thought through what could go wrong.

Courage is facing the hard call: telling a client their roof isn't failing yet, even though we could replace it tomorrow. It's walking a roof in July heat and doing the job right, not rushing because it's uncomfortable. It's admitting when something is beyond our scope and pointing you to someone better.

Commitment is simple. When we schedule you, we show up. When we start, we finish. When we're done, your home is protected, and you can call us without wondering if we remember you. We're built on relationships, not one-time transactions.
